Presentations are an essential component of day to day interactions. Strong presentation skills help us to

share information, inspire others and motivate change.

In one-on-one presentation coaching sessions, we will help you build on your natural communication skills.

You will learn to deliver your message effectively and make it memorable by incorporating:

  • Vocal variety: Emphasising what you want to say through variation in pitch, volume and tone creates interest and can help a speaker influence an audience. Vocal variety can turn a good speech into a great speech.

  • Non verbal body langauge: Your audience can read how you are feeling before you have even spoken your first words. This is conveyed through how you carry yourself, your facial expressions, posture, eye contact, gestures etc. Positive body language is essential in building credibilty and helping you connect with your audience.

  • Use of storytelling techniques: Telling stories is an effective way to organize information. It helps to translate ideas into messages that stick with your audience and move people to action.

  • Learn effective vs ineffective use of visuals and powerpoints: Constructing a dynamic presentation is an excellent way to engage with your audience and effectively communicate your message. Visual aids can reinforce your key points and boost your audiences understanding of your key message. However, used poorly, powerpoints and visuals can detract from your overall message.

  • Practice techniques for a positive and calming mindset: Pre-presentation worries can be intense.  Meditation, deep breathing and self talk are all examples of techniques that will help you to take control of your fears so you can focus on your content.

Effective communication that inspires and motivates is an artform that cannot be mastered overnight. Our team can help you to accomplish your goals.
